Although this puppy has received it's first puppy vaccinations we do not
warrant against Parvo or Distemper or other infectious diseases after the
first 10 days. At our kennel it has been closely protected from any
exposure. The puppy will not have it's full immunity until it has had all of
it's vaccinations. If the puppy had been exposed to any infectious disease
it would become ill within the 10 days.
If this puppy displays any indication of poor health within the first 10 days
we must be contacted and the puppy must be taken to a licensed
veterinarian for treatment. Failure to do so will void this warranty. In the
event of the death of the puppy within the warranted time a statement
from a licensed veterinarian with a definitive cause of death.
This warranty will also be void if the puppy is given any vaccinations
before the next scheduled due date on the puppies health records.
This warranty does not cover Hypoglycemia. Instructions will be given on
how to prevent this condition from occurring.
This puppy is being sold as a pet. Fertility, size, and color of dog when
grown is not warranted.
A non refundable deposit will hold this puppy until the agreed pick up or
delivery date. If the puppy should become ill or develop any problems
before it's delivery date the buyer may choose another puppy of equal
value if one is available, have first choice of the next available litter or
receive a full refund.
To validate this warranty, a licensed veterinarian must examine the puppy
within 48 hours of the time you receive your puppy. Excluding weekends
and holidays when the veterinarian's office is closed. All veterinarian bills
are the responsibility of buyer. If buyer choose not to have this puppy
examined within the 48 hours this contract/warranty will be void.
Terms for replacement or refund:
1. Contact me the day of your vet's exam and inform me of the defect.
Leave a message on answering machine if we are not home.
2. Provide written statement from your veterinarian as to the nature of the
problem.
3. Return the puppy within 24 hours of notification
4 Return all registration papers and pedigrees if provided. Warranty is
void if paper are not returned.
We work very closely with our veterinarian. He will examine the puppy and
if necessary will confer with your vet if necessary. Our veterinarian is Dr.
Michael Baird or Dr. David Murphy, 451 FM 1701 DeKalb, Texas.

The provisions of this warranty shall be interpreted and construed in
accordance with the laws and statues of the state of Texas. The venue for
any litigation concerns with this warranty will be limited to Bowie County,
Texas under a non-jury proceedings.
